Our house is a familybusiness. We are glad to make your holiday unforgettable. The house is situated in pleasant and quiet surroundings, close to the centre of Leutasch.

A beautiful morning starts with a breakfast from our extensive buffet. After that you can enjoy the surroundings, which are amazing. If you need tips, Tanja is prepared to help you.
After a lovely day of excitement, you can relax in our cosy sauna.
In the winter the fireplace ensures a warm
atmosphere during the evening.

Terrace and balcony
The (play and stay) rooms are available all day.
When the weather allows it you can use our terrace
and the balcony with a beautiful view at the
Hohe Munde.
For skiers and cross-country skiers we have a ski-depot. In summer, this depot can be used by the hikers.

In the basement you have the possibility to
play table tennis and darts. We also have many familygames and books. Ideal for the whole family!
