Reservationinfo
On the day of arrival your room is ready at 3 PM. If you arrive later as 6 PM, please be so kind to inform us.
At the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the room before 10 AM. If you have plans for the day of departure, you can store your luggage in our hotel.
When you make the reservation, we will ask you for a pre-payment.
Payment methods:
Cash, Maestro card, EC-card or bank transfer
Our cancellation policy is following:
- Cancellation till 3 months before arrival: no costs
- Cancellation till 1 month before arrival: 40% of the price on the reservation
- Cancellation till 1 week before arrival: 70% of the price on the reservation
- Cancellation within the last week before arrival: 90% of the price on the reservation
- By no arrival or earlier departure: 100% of the price on the reservation
